E., Gwinnett Co case #2005D-6134-1 March 07  FACTS:  accident with injuries to driver, driver's 2 kids were in the car and also hurt, driver's blood alcohol level 0.225 per hospital blood test; drugs also present in blood; driver had record of past DUIs; driver started DUI court treatment program but was kicked out. RESULT: DUI dismissed, reduced to reckless driving and $500 fine, NO JAIL, NO LICENSE SUSPENSION
