Georgia FlagFinding Community Service Opportunity in the Atlanta area

Knocking out community service hours may seem daunting. One way to make the time go faster is to volunteer doing something that you enjoy doing anyway. Another way is to hunt around and see if anyone needing volunteers is offering something (non-monetary) in return, like free lunch.

How about this for an incredible way for nature lovers to get their hours in: Fort Yargo State Park in Winder gives community service hours. They also rent campsites. Imagine, you could go camping for a couple of weeks and take care of your entire community service requirement in that time. Sign me up!
