Client had two different arrests for driving with suspended license. The suspension resulted from another attorney advising client to plead guilty to a DUI, without advising him how and when to get his license reinstated. Had that initial attorney been a good attorney, this client never would have been arrested. As it was, JT advised client how to get his license back and postponed all court appearances until he had his license. Went to each court; first case resolved as "no license in possession" and second case resolved without client suffering a new suspension. This saved the client about $1,200 in court fines.
