April 2011: Hit & run reduced to Failure to Report Accident. Plead guilty to DUI with work permit. Case details: This cliet had two serious traffic isues in one month; first a Hall County Hit & Run then a Gwinnett County DUI. Client was forced to report self as the driver in Hall County situation due to domestic situation, but it was resolved with plea to Failure to Report Accident, which is a non-suspendible charge March 2011.
