Summer 2011: Case Dismissed Case details: This was a marijuana case with a questionable search. My client's father told the police they absolutely could NOT search the house. Police separated out my client (who was over 21) to convince him to let them search the in-law suite where he lived. The police cannot do that. We held our feet to the fire, and when it came down to it, the prosecutor couldn't get the evidence before the judge: case dismissed. Lawyer: Jessica Towne |
